Elisa was happy with our regular cleaning rate for our domestic cleaning service. We arranged a date and collected Elis’s home key up due to their busy schedule. We do ask before we carry out a first clean to arrange a meeting to discuss requirements which we did do therefore we knew Elisa’s requirements. Elisa did want to pay for a lot of hours we agreed on 2 hours and we would revise if needed. We managed to clean the whole property in the 2 hours except inside windows which we explained we would do on a rotation. We now have more happy customers who have highly recommended us.
