Mr. Darren Hughes had recently purchased a newly constructed 4-bedroom detached home on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland. While the property was freshly built and structurally complete, the post-construction mess left behind by contractors made it far from move-in ready. The home had fine plaster and brick dust throughout, glue residue on windows, and grout haze on the newly tiled kitchen floor. Additionally, there were paint spots on skirting boards and doors, and protective plastic still clinging to several surfaces.

What We Cleaned
Our team of three professional cleaners completed a full top-to-bottom clean of the entire property, focusing especially on new surfaces that needed careful handling.
Entire Property (General Tasks)

- Cleaned light switches, plug sockets, and around all pipework

- Sanitised toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
- Removed silicone residue and smudges from new glass shower doors
- Polished chrome fixtures, including taps, towel rails, and handles
- Cleaned all tiles, including removal of leftover grout haze
- Mopped and disinfected all tiled floors

- Vacuumed and cleaned carpeted rooms, removing all loose dust and debris
- Wiped down windowsills, built-in wardrobes, sockets, and switches
- Cleaned new light fixtures and removed all surface-level dust
