The work included replastering walls, installing new laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, a complete kitchen refit, and a new bathroom suite. Though the builders left the space mostly clear of materials, the property was layered in fine plaster dust, paint spots, and had sticky protective film on many of the brand-new fixtures.
