At Sophie’s Cleaning Company, we recently undertook one of our most rewarding and transformative projects to date — a full hoarder’s house clearance in the picturesque village of Belford, Northumberland.
The client, a family member of the homeowner, contacted us with urgency and compassion. The home had become unmanageable due to years of hoarding behaviour, and they needed a discreet, respectful, and thorough team to bring the property back to a safe, livable condition.

Initial Assessment

The Process
Day 1: Planning & Health-Safe Entry
