Mr. and Mrs. Finlay had recently completed an extensive ground floor renovation at their family home in Dipton. The project involved removing an internal wall to open up the living room and kitchen area, fitting a brand-new kitchen, plastering, and repainting throughout the ground floor, as well as laying new LVT flooring.
Once the builders had left, the family was left with a layer of fine dust throughout the property, stubborn paint splashes on surfaces and floors, and adhesive marks left from protective film on appliances and windows.
