- Adding a rear single-storey extension for a new garden-facing lounge
- Installing underfloor heating and new engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor
- Full rewiring and new lighting fixtures
- New bathrooms fitted upstairs, including tiling and modern fixtures
- All interior walls replastered and repainted
- New windows and French doors fitted
