We were contacted recently by a family who were about to move out of the house that they had been renting for the past ten years, as they were moving into a bigger property. In order to get their rather huge deposit back, they asked us to clean their three-bedroom property from top to bottom, including all of the windows, the oven and the fridge freezer.
We were contacted this week by the owners of a cafe in Washington, Tyne & Wear. They told us that they wanted us to professionally clean their café as it had been closed for the last few weeks while it had been undergoing refurbishment. The café was now fully refurbished but it was covered in dust and dirty marks, which the builders had left behind.
At the end of the week we were called by a private doctor’s surgery in Darlington. They informed us that they had a weekly cleaner, but they wanted us to carry out a more thorough job, including washing all of the windows and professionally cleaning all of the computing equipment in each of the GP’s offices.
This week we were contacted by a couple who ran a youth hostel in Carlisle. They asked us whether we would be able to fully clean their youth hostel, including the insides of all of the windows, and each of the five dorm rooms. We agreed to do this and told them that we would be around at 11am on the agreed day.
We were contacted earlier this week by a customer who ran a small business in Middlesbrough. She told us that she had fifteen people on her staff and that she had never had her offices professionally cleaned, but thought that it was about time she did. She asked us to come in and professionally clean all of the computers and office equipment that she owned, as well as cleaning the communal areas such as the toilets and the staff kitchen.
This week we were contacted by Sunderland council, who wanted us to clean one of their libraries in Sunderland. They told us that the library had been closed for the past two weeks because of a faulty central heating system and they had decided that this was a good time to get it professionally cleaned.

He asked us to give both the front and the back of his restaurant a thorough clean as he was going to be inspected the following week and he wanted to make sure everything was up to scratch. We arrived at the restaurant, on a busy street in Chester le street at 10am, keen to get started as soon as possible.
This week we were contacted by a woman who ran a B&B in County Durham. She informed us that she had been running her business for the past five years and while she usually did all of the cleaning herself, she now felt that the building need a more comprehensive clean than she was able to give it.
At the beginning of the week we were contacted by a couple that wanted us to give their seven-bedroom house a thorough clean, as they had hosted their extended family over the Christmas and New Year period. They informed us that they had hosted two parties over the holidays, and had their family, who ranged in age from 2 years to 85 years, staying in all of the guest bedrooms.
At the weekend our staff were called to a three-bedroom house in the Gateshead area. Our customer informed us that he had thrown a large party the night before and he wanted us to clean up the mess, as he didn’t feel capable of facing the task himself. When we arrived at the property we understood why.
