Please provide me with a quote for an End of Tenancy Cleaning for a 5 bed student maisonette in Battle Hill.The house is in a bad way as not all of my housemates like to clean which as you can imagine causes a lot of problems however we are now due to move out and we are needing this done to receive our deposit back.We have 4 bathrooms which are in a bad was and would require more of a deep clean along with the kitchen and living area.Thanks Damien.
We provided Damien with a quote for the job required from us. We then arranged a date once most of the housemates had moved out. Damien wasn’t wrong this house had been severely neglected. We started from the top and worked our way down. Damien advised us to bin anything that was left lying around the property therefore we started by emptying all cupboards. Shower screens took a lot of cleaning along with a neglected oven. Once we complete the cleaning we called the landlord as advised. He came to check over the property and was shocked at how clean it was left. The landlord now had no worries about this property and gave us another 24 properties to clean.
