Andrew and Lisa Morton, a working couple with three school-age children, contacted Sophie’s Cleaning Company after struggling to keep up with household cleaning. Both parents work full-time — Andrew runs a plumbing business, and Lisa is a teaching assistant — and with football boots, muddy pawprints, and packed weekday schedules, their 4-bedroom detached house in Crook had become difficult to manage.
