Mr. Walker had recently completed a full kitchen renovation and an extension to the rear of his bungalow in Annfield Plain. The building work included:
Knock-through walls between the kitchen and dining area
New floor tiles throughout the rear of the property
Full kitchen installation including cabinets, appliances, and lighting
New plaster and painting throughout the affected rooms
