Project Overview
Ms. Lane had recently completed a long-awaited full ground floor renovation at her home in Crook, including the installation of a new kitchen-diner extension, fresh plastering and repainting throughout, new vinyl flooring, and custom-built storage.
Although the builders had done a quick tidy-up at the end of the project, the property was left with thick plaster dust on all surfaces, fingerprints and adhesive marks on the windows, and dried paint specks on skirting boards and door frames.
