Mr. and Mrs. Wilkinson had recently completed a major extension to the rear of their family home in Kingston Park. The project included:
- A large open-plan kitchen/diner with skylights and bifold doors
- Underfloor heating and new tiled flooring throughout the ground floor
- A small utility room added to the side of the property
- Complete interior repainting of the extension and adjoining hallway
- Reconfiguration of part of the living room and installation of recessed lighting
Although the builders did a solid job with the construction, as is often the case, the property was left in a dusty, dirty state.
