Washington Domestic Home Clean Case Study
We were contacted this week by the owners of a cafe in Washington, Tyne & Wear. They told us that they wanted us to professionally clean their café as it had been closed for the last few weeks while it had been undergoing refurbishment. The café was now fully refurbished but it was covered in dust and dirty marks, which the builders had left behind.
They asked us to clean all of the windows on the inside, as well as cleaning all of the surfaces inside the café and the two back offices and the kitchen that was visible from the café. We agreed to do all of these things and told them that we would be there at 10am the following morning to complete the job.
We arrived at the café bright and early and set to work as soon as the owners had let us in. As they had described, the café was covered in dust and paint marks that the builders had left behind. There were large windows and a glass door that took up the front of the café and we decided to begin by cleaning these. We carefully washed them in order to get rid of all of the smears and also remove any paint flecks.
Once we had finished cleaning the windows and were satisfied that we had removed all of the dirty marks, we moved on to cleaning the rest of the café. We vacuumed and mopped the floors in order to remove the rest of the dust and dirt and then we moved onto wiping and disinfecting all of the table tops, the café counter and the kitchen. Once we had cleaned the café and the kitchen, we moved onto the back offices, which our customer had also asked us to clean.
These were both quite small rooms and they hadn’t been affected by the building works, so they didn’t take us long to clean. Once these two rooms were finished therefore, our work was done and we were able to return the keys to the owner, who was very happy with the job that we had completed.
